14-day Free Trial Offer Terms of Service

These 14-day Free Trial Terms and Conditions govern your free trial of the DigiPro Media (“DPM”) DigiPaaS website services (the “Services”). By submitting your account details, you (i) Agree to these free trial terms and conditions; (ii) consent to DPM using your account details in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users may access the Services for that period specified within these terms and conditions. 

1. This DPM Free Trial will last for a period of 14 days. 

2. At the conclusion of the trial period, the user account and website will be temporarily paused within the DPM platform. 

3. Users will not be automatically billed at the conclusion of the trial period. 

4. At the conclusion of the trial period, users will be given the opportunity to upgrade to one of DPM’s premium website subscriptions. 

5. At the conclusion of the trial period, users will be given the opportunity to extend the trial period for an additional 7 days. 

a. DPM reserves the right to terminate the trial extension period if it wishes to do so. 

6. To cancel the free trial prior to the conclusion of the trial period, users must contact the DPM Sales Department by email at sales@digipromedia.com or by phone at 850-270-2904. 

7. DPM reserves the right to remove or cancel the free trial offer at any time. 

8. DPM reserves the right to change the features of the offer at any time.

9. Users may only utilize the free trial offering once.

10. Paid services including, but not limited to: Hosting services, package upgrades, additional support services, SSL certificates, setup fees, and domain registrations are not eligible to the free trial offer.

11. Offer may not be available for customers in all regions or countries.

12. At the end of the trial period, users will no longer have access to any data entered into their organization website unless they choose to upgrade to a DPM premium website subscription.

13. By accepting the DPM free trial terms and conditions, all Free Trial Users hereby consent to the use of their contact information in future marketing campaigns to be executed by DPM, its subsidiaries, and its strategic partner organizations including CommonAccess. 

14. All DPM Terms and Conditions apply.

BASIC WEBSITE
Setup Fee ($600)
Monthly Hosting ($35)
Monthly Support (30 minutes)
Initial setup includes the following:
• Home page design
• Design of Home page, Food Menu and Contact pages
• Webform creations
• Content transfer from current site (if applicable)
• 25 food menu items
• 5 Services or room types
• 1 Hour of training
 
All designs are created using our existing Visual Builder. The basic setup fee does not include customization in HTML or Framework that alters our pre-existing design blocks. All custom content such as photos, company logos, blog content and more must be provided by you. We do offer custom graphic design services or custom HTML services for an additional fee. All pages are designed to meet WC3 and WCAG requirements with respect to ADA compliance. 

NOTE:
Additional Pages = $100 per page
Custom Block = $300 (Once created, can be used on any page)
Data Imports larger than 100 records may have additional cost.


START UP WEBSITE

Monthly Support (1 hour)
Initial setup includes the following:

• Design of 3 system pages (Contact Us, Blogs, and Events pages)
• Any 3 additional layout page designs (such as About Us, Food Menu, News, Reviews, or other pages)
• Webform creations
• Social media linking
• Content transfer from current site (if applicable)
• 50 food menu items
• 10 Services or room types
• 20 Posts (Blogs & Events)
• 1 Hour of training

• 1 Hour of Training

• 50 Products added by our Team
• Merchant Account Set-up
• 1 Hour of Training

All custom content such as Photos, Company Logos, Blog Content and more must be provided by you. We do offer custom graphic services or custom HTML services for an additional fee. NOTE:
• Additional Pages $100 per page

• Bulk Imports are included if data is provided in our format, we will provide template for bulk imports. Imports with more than 300 records will need to be quoted by one of our Sales Professionals.
• There is a 1% platform fee on all transactions made through our system if you use own merchant account. This is waived if you use our Processing Partners. Ask Sales rep for FREE Statement Analysis

Support

All packages include 24-hour access to our knowledge base and unlimited email support for general questions from 9am to 4pm CST, Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays).

MONTHLY SUPPORT HOURS 
Limited support hours are included in all DigiPro Media website packages: 
Start-Up Package = 1 hours
Marketing Package = 2 hours
Ecommerce Package = 3 hours

2. Image Changes & Optimization 
3. Menu Item Updates 
4. Product Updates
5. Creating New Pages
6. Help with Blog & Event Post
7. Created Contact Us Forms Using Our Form Tool
8. Assistance with Social Posting

10. Navigation Changes

NOTE: 
Support hours expire each month and do not roll over. Monthly support plans do not include customizing code (CSS or framework) of websites. For those requiring additional support hours or customization of code, we recommend purchasing our Premium Support Plan.

Premium Support Plan - $299/month

Includes:
